Outreach is easy, but building a great team takes some work. Here are some tools that can be helpful in recruiting and equipping the right team for your place.

Consider having a Leader Covenant that allows everyone to know what is expected of a leader.

Connect frequently with your team as you informally serve together, and periodically consider a more formal way for them to provide input about how they would like to see things come together. We do this every year or so with a survey something like this Leader Survey.
